Welcome to PROJECT VUELO. By accessing or using our Elite Athlete Sport Performance Training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

## 1. **Services Offered**

We provide comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance for athletes of all levels. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Individual and group training sessions

- Sport-specific skill development

- Strength and conditioning programs

- Nutrition and recovery guidance

- Performance assessments and evaluations

- Injury prevention emphasis

## 2. **Eligibility**

To participate in our training programs, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian if under the age of 18 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

## 3. **Registration and Account Management**

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

## 4. **Payment and Fees**

- **Subscription Plans:** Monthly subscription fees will be charged each month from initial purchase date.

- **Payment Methods:** We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

- **Cancellation Policy:** You may cancel your subscription at any time with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

## 5. **Session Attendance and Rescheduling**

- **Attendance:** Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually.

- **Rescheduling:** Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a missed session. Rescheduled sessions must occur within the same month. Up to (1) session may be rescheduled.

## 6. **Code of Conduct**

Clients are expected to:

- Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

- Arrive on time and be prepared for each session.

- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to improvement.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

## 7. **Liability Waiver**

By participating in our training sessions, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity. You agree to:

- Waive any claims against PROJECT VEULO and its coaches, and staff for any injuries or damages incurred during training.

- Consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new training program if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

## 8. **Intellectual Property**

All materials provided during training sessions, including but not limited to training programs, instructional videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of PROJECT VUELO. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

## 9. **Privacy Policy**

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

## 10. **Amendments to Terms**

PROJECT VUELO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of CA, US. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in ORANGE COUNTY, CA.
